If you watch the video I didn't do a top to bottom indictment. I pointed out specifics and even said that I know there are people in the organization trying very hard who DO care, but that's not true messaging being created by these errors at this critical juncture in the team's history.

Yes, the team is struggling on the pitch. Things have been rough. But let's center the blame on where it belongs and not treat every single bad thing (small or large) as if it's a top-to-bottom indictment of the entire organization. (4/x)
