THIS WEEK: On 8/18, the PPS supported the launch of FREE SUMMER MEALS' new location (Clove Lakes Park on Victory Blvd) with @healthforyouths and Sam Pirozzolo. Yesterday, we attended @NYSenator_JSS 's Back to School Event where we educated folks on the Social Care Network!

This week at CHCR, many came together to support the Healthy Start Program and the benefits of Medicare/Medicaid programs. CEO Henry Thompson accepted multiple citations from federal, state and local authorities for the success of his center. Congratulations to all involved!
