Today, my #MySJADay sees me hopping on a train to Romford to go on a @stjohnambulance driving course. Hopefully, after this weekend, I'll be able to drive more SJA vehicles, meaning I'll be able to help get vehicles, equipment and volunteers to various events and locations.

Delighted to announce my appointment as one of two Deputy County Commissioners for Essex. I'll be supporting the County Commissioner, our Community Networks, and all of the volunteers across Essex. I'm looking forward to helping guide Essex as part of its new County Council
