🚨 SHE HAPPILY PAYS $3,175 A MONTH FOR A 350 SQ FT APARTMENT IN NYC — AND CALLS IT A “DEAL” — WAIT UNTIL YOU SEE INSIDE
A woman just showed her NYC apartment… and you can basically see the entire place the second you walk in.
Only ONE real window. No washer or dryer. Barely any storage.
They had to add their own kitchen island… build extra storage… and stack shoes wherever they fit just to make it livable.
She says she uses artificial lighting just to make it feel brighter… and hauls laundry down the street every week.
And somehow… this is considered a “deal.”
She says renovated units in the same building go for over $4,000/month.
The part that’s blowing people’s minds?
She says she loves it… and doesn’t want to leave.
At what point does “living in New York” stop being the dream… and start feeling like you’re paying luxury prices to live in a box?
Just tried to play Freebird in its entirety for the firstime in about a year and a half to get the blood flowing for the WBC final. Forgot to record the sound #fyrefest
Yesterday Adam and I did a Q&A at an event, and he was asked what’s the best meal I make. After a prolonged time thinking about it, he proudly said “you know what she’s actually pretty good with a crockpot”. An incredibly kind way to have said “she can’t cook”
ESPN’s Jay Bilas has Texas winning the First Four, beating No. 6 BYU and then upsetting No. 3 seed Gonzaga to advance to the Sweet 16.
Predicts Longhorns will then lose to No. 2 Purdue.
@SJLockwood97@Blutman27 Those are very much “because I said so” reasons. As of RIGHT NOW, the Stars are definitely more popular than the Mavs or Rangers
Of cities with the four big sports franchises, is the NHL top two in any city? Most cared about?
Of cities with three big sports franchises, is the NHL dead last in all of them? Most cared about
My co-worker swears that no hockey franchise is cared about more than NFL, NBA, MLB
I need examples of a US city with at least three pro sports teams where the NHL team is top two in fandom in the city.
Boys here said Detroit, DC and Tampa. I think I’ll give them DC and Tampa, but contest Detroit.
Some guys said Minnesota, I think Twins are bigger than Wild.
Alabama’s Aden Holloway has been removed from campus in the wake of his arrest, the school announced, and is not going to be with the team as the UA Office of Student Conduct investigates his case. He’ll be off the team until he goes through the school’s investigation process.
@gocards927@Blutman27 Well Vegas doesn’t count because they only have 2 teams. We cannot speak in hypotheticals.
Pittsburgh is actually more of a yes after further thought, and Tampa well sure.
@SJLockwood97@Blutman27 Tampa is not a maybe. Pittsburgh is not a maybe. How does Vegas not count? By the way, even with the A’s coming and an NBA expansion team, the Knights will be first in Vegas
@TxSportsRBest@Blutman27 No no no stop. Take into account the entire history not just a 6 month period where DFW hated basketball. Also when rangers won WS they were def ahead in popularity. Stars always have and always will be 3 or 4 on that list.
