We are currently revising the Customer Journey Modelling Language (to become CJML v2.0). The “atoms” of a journey are still the Touchpoints, which can be of two types: Action or Communication Point. The Journey Phase represents a higher level of abstraction.

Work on sequential Deep Learning for #processmining presented at SAC 2022 by @IstvanKetyko research is part of the @SJM_project on user journey mining.
