Great night at the freshman/sophomore state championship last night. Me and my teammates had the top 3 times in the 100 meter dash. I finished 3rd with a PR of 11.38. We also set the meet record in the 4/100. 🦅🦅🦅 @SJPStrength @StJohnsPrepFB @SJP_Track @DayvianSullivan

Got to participate in the LJ relay, 4x1, and SMR this weekend in @MSTCA1 D1 State Relays. I received medals in 2nd place of the 4x1 (Lane 4, 2nd leg) and 1st place in the Sprint Medley Relay (Lane 1) with a school record of 3:32.08. I also broke my PR in long jump at 20’11.5”.
