@julie_twickers Small dogs can go out in reasonable heat for short distances with water and shade. Owner may have a busy schedule and family commitments, finding a way to manage all this with responsible pet care.

Just seen 2 people with dogs - one pug out in 26 degrees as owner got a coffee by Twickenham Green. Why are they so stupid & selfish? They dont deserve to have dogs 🤬🤬🤬
