Shout out to Cadet Lt. Smyers and Cadet Grewal for participating in the Alameda 5k & Polar Plunge fundraiser for Special Olympics. Congrats to Smyers for representing UPD and taking FIRST place for a third time in a row!!!🎖️

Yesterday our staff had the privilege of participating in the annual Shop with a Cop event which helped over 200 children buy gifts for themselves and their loved ones. It was heartwarming to see so many smiles and holiday cheer from everyone who participated.

We also have pink junior officer stickers available for FREE, just ask an officer on campus! Your participation helps us strengthen our community. We look forward to seeing you there!

You can take part in this project by purchasing a 3" ($5 each) and 5" ($10 each) patch. 100% of the proceeds are donated to the American Cancer Society, Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Silicon Valley.

Join us for our monthly community meeting at the MLK Library! UPD continues its long tradition of having our uniformed personnel wear pink police patches as proud participants of the Pink Patch Project.

Join Us for Burger with a Cop! The San Jose State University Police Department is excited to host our first-ever Burger with a Cop event at Campus Burgers on San Antonio Paseo.
