In Year 2 , we completed a challenge… Who can create the longest paper chain using 3x A3 sheets of paper? We thought about how to cut the paper, landscape/portrait, thick/thin and how to connect them. Congratulations to our winnng team! @sjohnvianney

Today, Year 2 have been learning and performing the poem ‘Captain’s Coming’ by @andyseedauthor. They have also been thinking of piratey rhyming words, ready to create some of their own stanzas later this week! @SJVlower
Year 2 had an exciting adventure on their Pilgrimage to the Catholic Church of the Precious Blood & All Souls. A huge thanks to Father Paul, who gave us a tour and lots of information about the difference statues, windows and artefacts. @sjohnvianney
Year 2 carried on with the Jubilee celebrations today in forest school. They created nature dresses for the Queen, nature crowns, medals and even a castle showing lots of creativity.
Year 1 had a fabulous time in Forest School today celebrating the Queen’s Jubilee. They had fun creating Jubilee sticks; building their own castles and thrones; designing some nature crowns. #PlatinumJubilee#forestschool 👑🌲 @sjohnvianney
