Mark Davis has never fired a coach after 1 season that he has hired. He's doing the anti-Al. He's giving the coach a chance to establish themselves before he fires them if they fail to improve. We as a fanbase are going to have to accept this as the future for the Raiders.

He said he has seen players improve under McDaniels. I asked for examples and to name a few, Ziegler offered up Moreau, Eluemunor, Jacobs, Deablo, Moehrig, James and Hollins.

Ziegler said he has "been really impressed with the job Josh (McDaniels) has done. At 2-5, your leadership gets tested and I have been really impressed with how he's handled that."
