So far, utilizing his fear mongering of a dangerous and divided world as he fumbles trade negotiations with the US, Mark Carney implementing carbon taxes increases and carbon based economy in Canada, net zero targets and now moving towards digital ID; "We (with provinces) agreed to bring in digital verification for trades people..." Trades people moved around the country and work around the country and have done so for as long as Canada existed. Why is this needed now and who will implement it?

He repeats the threat again:

First they said no digital ID plans. Now Carney and the premiers are launching digital verification for tradespeople in 2027. You won’t need a passport to travel between provinces… yet. But your work credentials will be digitally tracked.
We built a country without needing government apps to earn a living inside our own borders. This is unnecessary surveillance dressed up as ‘efficiency’.
