We are honoured and very proud to be attending the Essex Housing Awards tonight at Greenwoods Spa and Hotel. We have been shortlisted for the Small Housing Schemes, Excellence in Design and Placemaking, & Meeting Housing Need for HARP Southend's Homeless Charity project Bluebird.

It was a pleasure working on this beautiful set of 5 art & crafts inspired homes. We worked from feasibility & planning, technical design, through to providing on site support. The house utilised the Nudura system, which was great to use & see this innovative construction method

In this lovely Grade II Listed Building restoration project in Southend, we obtained planning permission to extend the property, create a rear terrace, install lead dormers & replace the rear external staircase. We continued working through construction to completion. #southend

We were honoured to be part of developing this new family home from inception & feasibility design, a dismissed planning appeal against a positive officer recommendation, a redesign, developing the technical design & support through to the completion of the construction phase.

We worked with our client & various agencies to develop a solution that would enable continued enjoyment of the sea at low tide on Southend sea front, retaining an area of water all year round, for recreation & leisure use. #seasidearchitecture #southendseafront #architectsessex

What a great project to have been involved in! We achieved planning, provided technical design, and were the employer's agent for The Seaglass Building at Thorpe Hall School. This has brought a state-of-the-art sporting facility to this green belt location. #schoolarchitecture

We had a lot of fun designing Adventure Inside. We were asked to create a family-focused fun park for year-round use. The triple-height internal space enables large attractions to be housed inside, resulting in a dynamic & playful piece of architecture. #architectsessex
