Every day is a great day when you lead with love. It’s not always easy! May we all have the courage to love our neighbor as ourselves, show kindness, lift up the oppressed, be unafraid to speak truth to power, and fully inhabit the self that we are blessed to be. #lovewins

@GovStitt Trying to erase people will never be “cool”. It’s hateful, actually. What happened to human decency? 😢

We’ve been DOGE-ing in Oklahoma before it was cool. Our department of mental health just sent an agency wide memo banning pronouns in email signatures. Five employees resigned on the spot— sayonara!

@thesarahyork Stop stereotyping people. Instead, why not be happy for elders who are financially stable, and empathize with those who aren’t (and there are many). This binary worldview (Boomers are deep-pocketed, entitled losers/Millennials are sad victims of a malevolent economy is pure crap.

Boomer: At your age in 1970 I paid off college & bought a house w/hard work Millennials: In 1970 college was 5% of median salary—Now it’s 44%. A median home was $24K—Now its $417K. The top marginal tax rate was 70%—Now its 37%. You worked hard—& then closed the door behind you.

@matthewmaddock This is how people get hurt. The only thing “happening now” is an attempt to rile people up with fake news. Shame. 😥 Go Zags!

We know this is happening. 100,000’s of illegals are pouring into our country. We know it’s happening in Michigan. Our own governor is offering money to take them in! Since we can’t trust the #FakeNews to investigate, citizens will. The process of investigating these issues takes time.

Happening right now. Three busses just loaded up with illegal invaders at Detroit Metro. Anyone have any idea where they’re headed with their police escort? @petehoekstra

@elonmusk @EdKrassen Privilege can blind you to life’s realities, sadly. Fun fact: diversity in the workplace leads to more innovative thinking. Let’s decide that it’s a good thing, a vital thing, to promote DEI. But that would require magical thinking for some. Sadly.

@EdKrassen Discrimination on the basis of race, which DEI does, is literally the definition of racism

I don't think DEI is "racism" but it definitely can have some major flaws that should be addressed. I believe we should focus more on addressing socioeconomic differences rather than racial differences. Addressing socioeconomic differences, and trying to level the playing field there, will go a long way in helping with the racial differences. People are are stuck in poverty, brought up in poverty have a hard time breaking out of it. That doesn't mean it's impossible but it is definitely a different starting point and disadvantage for many. Unfortunately many minorities fall into this category because of America's history of slavery and racism in the past, but addressing everything based on race can cause more problems and can punish those who shouldn't be punished. Could approaching this from a socioeconomic standpoint maybe be the better option, and could it solve many of the problems that supporters of DEI aim to solve?
Elon Musk@elonmusk

DEI is just another word for racism. Shame on anyone who uses it.
