According to @stlpublicradio, St. Louis Public Schools is considering later start times for its students beginning in the 2027-28 school year in hopes of further stabilizing transportation and boosting attendance. PRiME's Expanded Analysis of High School Start Times in Missouri was cited in the article to highlight the fact that "high school start times in St. Louis are among the earliest in Missouri...[with] just 3% of high schools in Missouri begin class at 8:30 a.m. or later."
