What a day for rewards today! Such fun being able to be in all 5 assemblies led by our fantastic pastoral leaders and the wheel making its first appearance. We had 8 prize draws alone this week! Plus attendance is up and PA is down by 4% from last year. 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

So incredibly proud of the SAS for being shortlisted to the Top 3 for an Northamptonshire Education Award! Fantastic achievement for the team and a great celebration hosted by Iain Stirling! 💪🏻💪🏻

Would love to hear about any ideas that other schools are using to help support learning at home to get students who are PA/SA reintegrated into school. We used EdClass but now we cannot claim the “B” code so exploring other ideas! @PastoralThings #attendancematters

Learning that there is a need to celebrate the wins! Week 8 and 9 PA% last year’s v this year’s… Wk8 23.85% v 19.35% and Wk9 23.20% v 18.77%. Pleased that the team are behind some of the ideas we are using! 🤩🤩 #celebratethewins #positivereflection

This year was my second in charge the Awards Evening! I cannot thank the staff enough for their help! Over 220 reserved seats to attend, the Mayor and the President of the Rotary in attendance. However, more importantly so many awards given out in person! #OurValuesOurRewards

Being on the School Attendance Management Lead training today with @nsmtc led by Victoria Franklin has really helped to develop my understanding of the new role I am in! Great to network too and hear others solutions or concerns around attendance.

@nsmtc Really informative and has given me questions to take back into work and think about as well as ideas to share with the wider team. Looking forward to the part about inspections and being successful. The pack supplied has been a great resource.

Productive day! Some jobs completed for September including the reward posters- I am not the most creative but these are not too bad!
