1) Go above & beyond for their staff
2) Do whatever is needed even small tasks
3) Who are present: in classrooms, hallways, cafeteria, lunchroom
4) Value Teachers time (planning, meetings, after school)
5) Support, encourage and inspire them

We had a great day at the STEM 4 Showcase today! The children loved showing their parents their writing portfolios, class rock garden, word art gift, and their brochure for Sotterley. I am so proud of my students and their writing this year! ❤️
