Was truly awful at updating this app on classroom shenanigans so here we have Quizlet live for practicing vocab terms in a group setting and one video for a natural selection lab with sand and beans. 😀

21 DNA models have been displayed in the @SMHS_LRC. The models of your favorite macromolecule, deoxyribonucleic acid, were hand made by Pre-AP Biology students!

Environmental ran an Ozone modeling lab. In this lab we had trials of natural cycling (ozone to oxygen and back) and trials with CFCs added. Students created graphs to analyze the increased depletion of the ozone due to CFCs. Below is an ozone maker, a UV destroyer, and a CFC.

Environmental systems did a lab today to investigate the amount of oxygen in the atmosphere. Students were able to calculate the % of oxygen in the air and compare it to the actual percentage. The smallest % error seen today was 4.8% !
