When Kotobukiya secured the Rockman license back in 2010, the terms were pretty strict. They could only create kits based on characters exactly as they appeared in the games, and original reinterpretations were off the table. Those restrictions appear to have since been revised. Although this kit is inspired by Fourth Armor, it features a distinct design that does not directly match its appearance in any released Mega Man X title.

@thetomska Honestly, I love that ASDF has become more of a "sometimes" thing as compared to a focus of your career. It's a dessert now, not a main course. And it's friggin tasty!
