With day 1 of the SPC Championships in the books, the Lions sit in 3rd place and hope to move up with a majority of the running events on today's schedule. Action starts at 10 am on Saturday at Ft. Worth Country Day.
Lions at the SPC Championships in Tomball, TX. The team finished 5th in the 4A race with P. Steinbrueck (13th), T. Stager (14th) and C. Cooper (18th) earning All-SPC honors.

The Lions competed admirably at the SPC cross country meet this morning, placing 5 runners in the top 10 and winning the event by 7 points! T. Stager was the top Lion finisher in 2nd place. They now look to prepare for the SPC Championships in Tomball, TX on Nov. 5.
Lions competed very well at the Jesuit XC Classic! Varsity finished 11th out of 22 teams and JV finished 15th out of 27 teams. Many PRs and season bests!
The Lions competed at the Garmin XC invitational. The varsity team competed in the Elite division and placed 16th out 32 teams. The JV team competed in the JV Elite division placing 9th out 23 teams.

S. Dodda finishes the weekend with 4:12.95 in the mile race. His effort in Friday’s 2-mile earned him All-American honors! Congratulations on the weekend!

Lions break the school and SPC records in the 4×400m relay (3:19.82), but are bested by Houston Christian who also broke the record (3:19.66). The events are over and now we await the final scoring...
