I wrote on it then, but here is a quick recap: The agents didn't browse like humans. They translated your user's intent into a concise literal query like "Cloudsurfer women's size 6 buy" or "Berlin Italian restaurant reservation Sept 20 7pm". Also, 63% of agents selected the first result. Being first still mattered a lot - just in a completely different way now. Also, 46% of visits began in reading mode. The agents stripped your page to raw HTML. Your CSS doesn't load. Your JavaScript doesn't run.
