It's worth pointing out that removing grit bins was a Conservative descion and an alternative budget was proposed that would have kept the grit bins.
Last we heard Andrew has one of those Aberdeenshire Cllrs who made the call working in his office!

The underfunding of Scottish councils by the SNP has led to poorer local services for communities, especially in the North East with even grit bins being removed! But given all the other challenges facing Scots, no council should be contemplating double digit council tax rises.
