This isn’t about our own rules, but it is about defamation of character. OP explicitly mentioned the person’s name, which is one of the elements of defamation, with intent to spread hate with untrue statement through their post. Spreading malice rumors without credible evidence can be considered defamatory. What the OP posted isn’t simply an opinion, it could be regarded as a defamatory statement.
