Ending this semester's SOD seminar series on a high with a visit from Taeho Kwak @essec and a talk on 'Structural Distance in Search: Investigating Responses to Localized Performance Declines in Organizations". Thanks for the great presentation and a very lively discussion!

This week, SOD and IBE @dbm_samf have the pleasure of a visit from @mircea_epure @UPFBarcelona, who today gave a seminar on "Moving away for Growth or from Uncertainty?", examining relocations of firms' headquarters during the Catalan 2017 call for independence and COVID-19. 🏢🏙️

We are lucky to have @officialberger @arc_mpib on a research stay at SOD, funded by @DataScienceDK! Here you see Julian and Michael working out the relationship between screening functions and signal detection theory, and brainstorming on hybrid human-machine decision-making 🤖👩‍🦰
