I went through the entire section they mention in the email and unless I'm missing something and if Archie didn't use any external programs to extract assets... this STINKS of straight up targetting a user. Lowkey artists break that section MORE than Archie did. Interesting.

Do people not know what "skeb" means? Do some of you just see lower price point and order without ever reading anything or even googling what the word means? Vgen should remove this review or make it irrelevant to artist's score cause it's customer's error, not artist's.

@ZZZAnonymously Could someone explain why? Manato works several jobs, Yuzuha seems to work at a store with him, Yidhari is a proxy. I could see an argument for Alice and Lucia but both are hardworking in their own way 🤔

@ItsCharlieSilly I mean, they do refuse to add certain animals because they don't want them to be seen wrong, meanwhile they add sulfur lakes that just make the player a little dizzy. A bit of an odd choice but what can you do 🤷♂️

My main issue here is centering an update around a dangerous chemical but adding certain animals is not appropriate because "we don't want to mischaracterize them".
Very weird hill to die on for Mojang imo.

@SOLAC3_ I think is an interesting idea too, but... The way is implemented and how much more they've been updating the caves and mines (i know is one of the main places players go, but, is not the only place to see), makes it look poor and pretty empty on the surface

@SOLAC3_ I'd say is on a middle point: for one side, makes more stuff for the sandbox part of minecraft, more items for build, an interactive mod, something outside the main line, but, for other side, the other topics of minecraft are left behind, not changing so much on the gameplay

@DeshiMarsh I still wouldn't have included her in that regardless. She's very close in terms of the cat she seems to be based on (apparently desert cat) which has slightly shorter snout than the cat I took a screenshot of from wikipedia

No hate to OP ofc, but Pulchra is a cat. Cats have shorter snouts than canines.
Lycaon's snout isn't "pug" short either. I'd say it's just the game's stylization at play portraying him as more approachable and softer than the quoted pic. Plus he's one of the first full Thirens.

For reference, my sona's ref sheet took me about 14h to draw. It's front, back, extra back w/ removed jacket and tail and extra art for scar placement. I did it in much more simplified style than my fully rendered work and it still took ~14h.
Art is a luxury, either learn or pay.

Ref sheets are expensive for a reason. Front, back, 1 or 2 sides (depends if they're symmetrical), extra art if you need to show the char without a jacket or something, details, extra expressions... 10-40h of work depending on style/client wishes.

Commission prices are out of control. Simple as. 300 bucks for a ref sheet or basic drawing?? Hell no. That's 10 HOURS of my life I would have had to spend to be able to afford that. Actually, it's definitely more than that because the government taxes wages.
