LODE is actively selling their mining assets ($50-60M guided) and Green Li-Ion by eoy ($18M) — that's ~$1/share in near-term cash alone. Now add Facility 1 solar recycling at 80% capacity (15x EBITDA): ~$8.91/share. Then give just 25% credit to SSOF land + Bioleum + everything else: +$2.43/share. Total: ~$12.32. Last close: $3.53. 50% credit? $14.75/share. Poke holes all you want it is undervalued. IMHO. I know nothing.
