@BadCallOfficial continuous dribble rule. He cannot enter back court and then continue dribble. If another player got the ball it would have been fine

This was called a backcourt violation. The ball never goes backcourt. The offensive player establishes himself in the front court with two feet prior to touching the ball. That’s a bad call.

@HalfCourtHoops Violation, can’t be the first to touch ball passed from teammate after being out of bounds voluntarily even if he re-establishes himself. Nice play, Probably bad defense going over top on smart shooter.

What blows me away on this is that since I started following CBB in 70s, the chance that a guy raised in upstate NY turning the job to coach Syracuse BBall had to be like 1%. Shocking how far this program has fallen. From 1973 to 2021, Syracuse went to NCAAT 39 out of 49 years!

I know the refs should be calling these technicals regardless, but the players also need to prepared. Take the ball out of bounds immediately and fire it at the person on the court. It’s a guaranteed technical foul if a live ball hits them. Two free throws
