Somalia paid the price for helping African countries resist colonialism. Those same countries repaid Somalia by going back to being slaves of the west and helping them destroy Somalia 🇸🇴.

Historic gatherings took place as scholars, tribal chiefs, and elders from Chad met with Somali elders from Somalia, the Somali Region of Ethiopia, and NFD in Kenya for a week-long series of meetings focused on reconciliation, unity, and shared heritage. Among the delegation were prominent tribal leaders and representatives connected to the community of the President of Chad. Many say their people trace their origins back to Somalia and consider themselves part of a wider Somali clan lineage. They say the connection is not only preserved in oral history, but also reflected in their culture, traditions, and physical features — evidence, in their view, of deep historical ties between their communities and the Somali people. 🚨 #BREAKING Brigadier General Abdirasak Mohamud Haji (Qolombi) has officially taken command as the new Commander of the Somali Air Force. Qolombi was among the Somali military officers who were sent to Eritrea in the early 2000s for advanced military training. During that period, many Somali officers trained in Eritrea later fought alongside the Ogaden National Liberation Front (ONLF) against Ethiopia. He also comes from a family historically connected to the Western Somali Liberation Front (WSLF), a movement that fought for the liberation of Somali-inhabited territories in the Horn of Africa.
