In our last paper "Shape Retrieval of Azopolymer Surface Relief Gratings from Diffraction Efficiency Measurement | ACS Applied Optical Materials" we demonstrate real-time reconstruction of #SRGs by only using the #diffraction pattern. #HoloLithGroup pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/ac…
