for being in the gym at 4am, ME, for not making excuses and still running in the rain, heat, and even when it was 25-30°! 😆 I ended up doing 11 races this year, and each one allowed me to push myself just a little further than the one before.

Well, my last run and workout of the year are DONE! I set a goal of running three, half-marathon's for the year and increasing strength training. I did that and so much more! As Snoop said when receiving his star on the walk of fame, "I wanna thank ME,"

I have to get my 2025 race schedule together..I'm not used to NOT having something to train for...it's making me antsy! Got in a little over 4 "maintenance" miles, though in this chilly weather!🥶🏃🏽‍♀️👟

My mom still treats me like I’m a college student or recent graduate. I asked her for dues money one year and now it’s an annual gift. 🤙🏾 Also, she makes it crystal clear when a gift is from her or from mom and dad. 😂
