This is probably going to backfire in our favor. Think about it. The U.S. has the option to:
1) settle its claim with its relatively small,
40 million descendants of chattel slavery who are rooted HERE and will infuse THIS economy
OR
2) pay into a large fund that goes to ALL of the diaspora and African nations, essentially exporting our resources to foreign economies.
