Action: Build #community into your everyday life—chat with a neighbour, choose the staffed checkout, walk the same route. Real #connection often starts small. Use tech to engage, not just scroll. Volunteer, join a group, say hello. Little actions make a big difference.

Identify: Loneliness isn’t always visible—sometimes people just don’t know how you’re feeling. Identify your support network and reach out. Find the right kind of connection for you. Knowing what you need is key. #Loneliness #MentalHealth #ReachOut

From 1 July, some women aged 25-49 will be invited for cervical screening every 5 years instead of 3. This change is based on strong evidence showing that people without HPV are at very low risk of cervical cancer. If you missed your last one, book an appointment with your GP.

Loneliness can often feel overwhelming and something out of our control, so it's useful to have a starting point. Step 1: Acknowledge. Loneliness is a normal human emotion, not a flaw. Like hunger, it signals a need. There’s no shame. #Loneliness #MentalHealth #YouAreNotAlone
