And this is not to absolve the owners. But when you look at the problem objectively, it's NOT about billionaires, powerful GMs or Roger Goodell. The people keeping Black coaches out of the NFL come from all kinds of socioeconomic backgrounds. Many never played in the NFL.

These Wide Receiver trainers be posting videos of drills I have not done one time in the NFL. Nor have I seen any other NFL receiver do in practice. All this start, stopping, hesitating, head jerking. Will someone please teach these kids how to get off hard press???
