@David297819311 the repair. Fortunately the fault was found to be just before the cable breech that would make that necessary and the fault is now repaired. Site reinstatement will commence as soon as the ground has settled and it is suitable to do so. Kind regards, Gail 3/3

@David297819311 of the way the underground cables run in that road. It was likely that the excavation would have to extend into the road and that traffic management would be necessary to proceed, delaying the repairs and further affecting customers that were on generator for the duration of 2/3

@SPEnergyNetwork can you advise why you have TTL's on Sidegate in Haddington when the excavation is off the main pavement and you have a pile of unused barriers on the carriageway and as usual no sign of any work happening. At busy times traffic is chaos.
