@Aqua__Ana every year my neighbors throw a block party where they combine cinco de mayo with the kentucky derby in an annual celebration of margaritas and goofy hats. they call it “derby de mayo” and it’s even whiter than it sounds

New work from our lab shows how pericyte loss during brain aging contributes to blood flow disruption and capillary rarefaction. A repair strategy to mitigate these effects exists (pericyte remodeling), but needs help in the aged brain. biorxiv.org/content/10.110…
