Hey, I’m not sure about your case, but I can share my experience. I opened a ticket with APEX through the Contact Us page (if I remember correctly). It was Friday, and I got a reply on Tuesday (IST). After I sent a follow-up, my issue was resolved by Friday (IST). They do respond maybe it just feels slow because of the time zone. You might want to wait a bit. Hope this helps.
