Fantastic day today with @NorthstoneUK on site at Tulach and with Prayle Joinery. Pupil's using their Maths, English and DT skills to make roof joists. #linkingcurriculumtocareers

Fantastic time at @bbc at the Girls in ICT day. Radio & TV production, generative AI, solving problems and finding out about so many successful women working at the BBC. Not to mention bumping into Charlie Stayt, Nina Warhurst and listening to Laura Foster host! #GirlsInICTDay

Y10 had DIAS, Domestic Abuse Service in today teaching us about healthy relationships. Coercive behaviours, psychological and physical abuse = things to be aware of for their first relationship. Important messages to our young people #knowledge

Fab day in Manchester at @JDFoundationUK learning all things business. From shop displays, fake or real and JD Gyms the pupils have learned it all. #careers

Fantastic day with MSC Projects hosted at @StJohnRigby learning all things medical. Medical ethics, diagnostics and emergency procedures learned through lived experiences from medical students and doctors. Details about UCAT exams and personal development have been invaluable!

Huge thanks to @WLancsCollege @winstanleycoll @StJohnRigby @wiganleighcol for speed networking with our Y9 pupils today. They've been finding our all about T levels, apprenticeships, vocational and A levels as well as extra curricular and Post 16 opportunities #knowledge

Huge thankyou to @cellmarkcfs for coming in this morning and talking all things Forensic to our Y10's. The processes, procedures, job roles and experiences really opened up the world of Science #careers

Fantastic 2nd visit on site for our Y10 Construction group thanks to @WatesGroup. So keen to get stuck in with bricklaying, thanks to their Tech teacher who has been working hard with them! #construction

Lovely day on Tuesday attending the @DianaAward Anti-bullying Ambassador training in Morecambe. Pupils were amazing as usual and I look forward to working towards our 'Community' pledges in the coming year #makeadifference #inspiringaction
