@stormyspam I genuinely try to rank up but I keep loosing, I dont think im playing for long enough, oh I also usually play open instead of series so that might be why

above 2k you might find a game every 5-7 business days, probably against yoshell and dude

x rank is a uniquely terrible experience, especially in ttek. making above/below 2k different matchmaking pools is legitimately idiotic decision, especially with the already fragmented population. below 2k you're getting matched with 800xp timmy no matter what your own xp is and

but idk what to change it to. maybe when i get on a team ill put that there but what in the meantime 🤔

i think that the biggest thing about people enjoying/not enjoying comp is this: if you're below top level, being a free agent sucks absolute dookie doo doo ass, and having a consistent team is fun

@stormyspam im having lots of fun with comp right now. granted, this comes after a slump where i was genuinely considering quitting, but A. i don't actually think i could quit comp if i wanted to and B. i picked up some new weapons and found a group of people i really gel with 1/2
