@SportChek I'm glad you are doing so well, that you don't need anybody customers. I've been standing inside the men's shoe department for 10 minutes at Hillcrest mall and absolutely nobody was there to help me, and I didn't see anybody at all. somebody else will get my money

@SportChek Ordered a $112 women’s jacket, received an Adidas men’s T-shirt. Returned it (confirmed Jan 27), waited 8 weeks, then on Mar 24 you refused refund saying it’s “not in your system.” You took the item back AND kept my money. How is this acceptable?

@SportChek Order took two weeks to get delivered. One of the items could not be “fulfilled” and they only got to know about the item is not available after 10 days of processing time after the order was placed. Can’t order it from the other store as they no longer have it.

I bought them @SportChek just over 6 months ago. So, while your buying brand new shoes, you may actually be buying expired shoes. You leave thinking you have a 2 year warranty, but you have none. What a scam! And before Nike contacts me again… 2/

An update on @Nike ripping me off. Bought these shoes. 3 months later the bottoms fall off. Contacted Nike, they tell me that while there’s a 2 year warranty it does not apply to my shoes because they were manufactured 3 years ago. 1/

@SportChek so how come a Canada jersey is $150 online I can order it and pick it up but in store. But it’s $180 and they refuse to give it to me for 150. How does that make sense? Same jersey same SKU number.

@SportChek So 1 hour pick up apparently doesn't mean 1 hour at Sport Chek? Ordered this at 11am, went in at 8pm only to be told it wasn't ready. Super frustrating. Can't take more than a few minutes to pick an online order and move it to the front.

@SportChek I have to wonder how many 10’s of millions of dollars this chain looses in revenue due to mismanagement. 4 people in the shoe dept , 0 staff . 3 staff members hanging clothes , 3 attempt to buy something in the last 6 weeks . Very sad .

@SportChek spent 2 hours on the phone trying to get a $244.04 refund for an order YOU cancelled. I was told no one can help until Tuesday. 2 hrs on 4 different phone calls with conflicting messaging.This is unacceptable. Manager/supervisor says there is nothing they can do 🤦‍♂️
