I know nobody in Sportchek gives a damn about what I said as customer service is pretty non-existent at your company but if somebody decides to open your X, they should know how horrible your services are. Thanks !

@SportChek Order took two weeks to get delivered. One of the items could not be “fulfilled” and they only got to know about the item is not available after 10 days of processing time after the order was placed. Can’t order it from the other store as they no longer have it.

Or atleast be truthful about the time frame, so that the customer is aware that the order can take longer than the 2-3 days mentioned on the website and that longer could mean 2-3 weeks. So, that the customer can choose other better options available in the market. Thanks!

Only 2 suggestions, For any future orders, please don’t come back after 10 days and tell the customer we don’t have it. Secondly, work a little harder and try not to take 2 weeks to deliver items when your competitors are delivering in a day or two.

And 10 days is “a little over” their usual week they take to process an order. Customer support brushed aside my concern telling me it’s all normal and we don’t have any such service standards and hung up on me when I asked to escalate.

Due to Sportcheck not letting me know in time, I missed a good deal on the same item from the other store. Called customer support, got to hear that Sportchek has no service standards and it’s our luck if we received the items and there is no timeframe for delivery.

@Airtel_Presence my perplexity pro was cancelled citing a fake reason that I’m an inactive user. Could you please look into this? Please refer to the attached screenshot of the email I received. I have never been inactive even for a single day since I activated this offer.

I’m not sure if Skip is going to do anything about their entitled customer support staff but restoring the account of their customer is the least they could do.

Moreover, their email helpline is also dead, forget responding to customers, they don’t even send acknowledgement that the email was received, which is understandable as Skip has always been poor in their customer support but their inability to even try to improve is shocking.

@SkipCanada A skip chat agent deleted my account just because I was not satisfied with their response and requested to speak to their supervisor. Obviously they took this step because they know that nobody is going to hold them accountable for their rogue behaviour.

@AvisPrestige AVIS scammed me after I rented a car from them in Edinburgh. They added random fake charges on my card few days after I returned the car. As they are very well aware that majority of the renters in that location are foreign tourists, and won’t have any recourse.

@Airtel_Presence kindly refund my 199 rs that got deducted from my prepaid balance due to Airtel fraudulently doing an automatic recharge from my prepaid balance without my consent or permission. You guys didn't even bother to ask. This is what you call truly world class service?
