We gave our @OLHSMotherwell crew a choice today - indoor session in the @ScottishRowing centre or on the water in whatever weather blew thru. Unanimous decision - our local @NLActiveSchools young people smashed it in challenging conditions @LoveRowing_BRCF @SP_RC1 @active_nl

Gusting winds kept our @OLHSMotherwell crew indoors today so we worked on rowing together in the @ScottishRowing centre. Looking forward to seeing the new skills these brilliant #CommunityRowing athletes so quickly picked up on the water @NLActiveSchools @LoveRowing_BRCF @SP_RC1
