Minneapolis now wants to play the same illegal game as Saint Paul and Edina: pass a firearms ordinance they have no authority to enact under Minnesota law. Minn. Stat. § 471.633 is crystal clear: local gun control is preempted. We sent notice today. If they pass it, we will sue. Read the letter ⬇️

There’s a bizarre rumor floating around gun social media that the Supreme Court just handed down some magical “9-0 decision” striking down all gun control laws. Nope. That did not happen. Not even close.
