Plains Cotton Growers, Inc. (PCG) strongly endorses Tom Sell – Republican candidate for Congressional House District 19 of Texas. Sell is a proven advocate of the agriculture industry having served as a key architect of the development of the 2002 Farm Bill at the helm of former House Agriculture Committee Chairman Larry Combest (R-TX). Since that time, Sell has dedicated his entire career to the farming communities of West Texas in advocacy for agriculture as well as other industries across the High Plains. PCG is proud to call him a lifelong friend.
