A simple choice can create a world of positive impact. By choosing #cotton, you're choosing a fiber that's grown in nature (renewable), breaks down naturally back to the soil (biodegradable), & can be repurposed into something new (recyclable). 🌎🌱 cottontoday.cottoninc.com/plastic-pollut…

Plains Cotton Growers, Inc. (PCG) strongly endorses Tom Sell – Republican candidate for Congressional House District 19 of Texas. Sell is a proven advocate of the agriculture industry having served as a key architect of the development of the 2002 Farm Bill at the helm of former House Agriculture Committee Chairman Larry Combest (R-TX). Since that time, Sell has dedicated his entire career to the farming communities of West Texas in advocacy for agriculture as well as other industries across the High Plains. PCG is proud to call him a lifelong friend. We believe the High Plains and Southern High Plains cotton industry could not ask for a better ally and advocate and are thrilled to endorse Tom Sell for Texas Congressional House District 19.
“Tom has always had a passion for production agriculture with a genuine servant’s heart, which we need more of in Washington, D.C.,” said PCG CEO Kody Bessent. “His passion for agriculture and the overall District 19 community will serve us well, and we’re excited to support and join him as he serves the great people of West Texas.”

There is tremendous support for American Cotton Producers in the OBB Bill. An increased safety net for upland and ELS cotton producers. . Producers want to thank Sen. Bozeman and Rep. Thompson for their support.

The NCC calls on the House of Representatives to pass the One Big Beautiful Bill Act swiftly. It provides a much-needed increase in farm bill support that will bring the cotton safety net more in line with current production costs. @RapidResponse47

It's time to support American Agriculture and pass the One Big, Beautiful Bill. A last minute hold out is not leadership. Fiscal conservatives and Freedom caucus have had plenty of time to plead their case to the public and to fellow congressional member. Now pass this bill.

Give this resource a try. 30 minutes once a month to learn something about our cotton industry. Lots of producers listen in from their pickup or tractors.
