Aaj subah se #Jhalamand ki power supply baar-baar band ho rahi hai. Din mein 10+ power cuts aur raat 9 baje ke baad bhi supply ka koi bharosa nahi. Kya ye mazaak chal raha hai? Lagta hai @JDVVNL ko Jhalamand ke consumers ki pareshani se koi fark hi nahi padta.
