Spending time today reflecting on #MSC2022. One of my new personal goals is to "Chase growth, not perfection." I don't expect perfection out of my students. This is going to be the year that I don't expect it out of myself. Here's to being better tomorrow than I was today!

This time a month ago, I had never recorded teaching videos using @wevideo, never used #GoogleMeet, never put a video of myself on YouTube. I had never thought I could miss a group of kids so much it brings me to tears daily. Here we are a month later...I've done all of it.
