We've started vertical construction at the site of WorkBay's next location in Queen Creek. Four buildings totaling 64,750 square feet, made up of 56 individual suites built for small business owners.

Another night pour in the books at the site of Boyer Avondale, a 77,500-square-foot design-build spec building for The Boyer Company. Slabs are now complete and this building will be taking shape soon, so stay tuned.

Last week, our leadership team attended the NCBOI AEC Development Day, a powerful gathering of leaders across architecture, engineering, and construction, covering everything from AI and emerging technology to financial strategies and business development.

Progress update from the future home of Pure Logic Industries: framing is underway on the front of their 29,845-square-foot office and production facility, with skylights and foam roof in place. This space is being built to support a wide range of high-tech manufacturing.

Mike Forst, along with a few of our valued subcontractors, traded their hard hats for fishing rods and hit the water for a well-deserved break. Working with people who share our values and our commitment to delivering quality construction makes it all possible.

We recently redid the soffit around this staircase. What once felt tight and closed in now feels open, letting the beauty of the stairs and accent steel speak for themselves.

A beautiful sunrise to top off the first night pour AF Steel Fabricators’ new 65,273-square-foot steel-framed building. This facility will serve as a second on-site production plant, and it's being constructed as a duplicate of their existing building.

Late nights, no shortcuts. Our superintendent is on site during night pours, making sure everything is dialed in — from batch tickets, to concrete slump to final rebar QC checks. That’s how we deliver floors built to last.

Sun State Builders was proud to sponsor the @AllProDad Experience by Family First, an incredible day dedicated to helping dads strengthen their relationships and lead their families well. It was a special day watching dads and kids laugh, connect and create memories together.

Paving is complete, glass and doors are in place, stunning custom stairs by Spiller Fabrication are installed and framing is underway on the lower level at the new headquarters of JFN Mechanical in Goodyear. Next up, landscaping and upscale covered parking.

Tilting is complete at Atlas Exchange — Building D, a 40,000-square-foot build-to-suit for a Fortune 500 company. Situated on 6 acres within the Atlas Exchange campus in Mesa, the building is taking shape and we're excited about what's ahead.

Going vertical ⬆️ Masonry is up for the future 29,845-square-foot headquarters and production facility for Pure Logic Industries in the City of Chandler Airpark Area.

Making progress in Avondale at the site of this project for @boyercompany. The team at Blucor Contracting knocked it out of the park installing the cast-in-place tanks. Now grading is in full swing. Shoutout to everyone on the ground making it happen safely and efficiently.

It was an evening of celebration for Sun State Builders as President, @Andrea Piering was honored at the @phxbizjournalOutstanding Women in Business awards dinner. We are so proud to see her recognized among Arizona's most accomplished leaders.

We are excited to wrap construction on a contemporary 12,745-square-foot office/warehouse for Artisan Roofing Systems. Situated on a pie-shaped 1-acre lot, this building allowed our design-build team to apply their creativity and find a way to utilize every inch of the property.
