Last week we ran two Arrows festivals @Rushy_Meadow for 2 different age groups. Children were amazing in their awareness of safety with this activity and they all improved visibly as the sessions progressed! Well done everyone!

Thanks sooo much to @Rushy_Meadow for hosting two brilliant Skipping workshops this week. We struck lucky with the weather. Y3-6 raised their pulse rates & experimented with some different techniques-jump rope, long rope and French skipping.
