@discord_support I’m on Windows, I have it on the secondary but it only pops notis on the primary. How do I change this?

@SSSoul22 Unfortunately, this depends on your OS' settings and not your settings within Discord. I believe keeping Discord open on your second monitor should show notifications on your second monitor, though.

@discord_support How can I get sound notifications for role pings? I get them when I’m pinged directly but not through roles

@discord_support Can you set desktop notifications to be on another monitor other than the main monitor

@SSSoul22 We don't have a way to only get pings for certain roles, but you can customize your notifications experience by right-clicking on the server icon (tap and hold on mobile). Select the "Notification Settings" option on the menu, and select which notifications you want to suppress

@discord_support Is there a way to have roles give you the ping noise without unmuting the server? I want to be notified with sound when role is pinged but I don’t want the unread message flag for all other messages

@discord_support I don’t get the role ping sound for any server - but I get ping sounds if I’m directly pinged. It doesn’t work on firefox or chrome

@SSSoul22 Just to clarify, this is in all servers? Or only specific servers? I'm afraid I don't totally understand your answer 😅 Could you try testing our different browsers (such Firefox or Opera) and see if the issue persists there?

@discord_support I’ve tried, it is on all servers where role pings do not work - I use the browser discord for this

@SSSoul22 Hmm, that's odd! But thank you for letting me know. Is this the case for all servers, or just the one? Could you try muting the server, and then unmuting it to try and refresh the settings? If this is happening in one server, could you tell me how many members that server has?

@SSSoul22 Hi there! You should be getting notif sounds for role pings as long as your notifications do not have this option disabled. Right click on the server you'd like to receive role pings from, Notification Settings > choose "All Messages" or "Only @/mentions"

@TeamYouTube I do not have another account ! I keep saying this but I can’t file an appeal if I don’t know which account was terminated. I go to a public university, is it possible that is the issue?

@TeamYouTube Hello Mr/Ms human, I was told I was banned for circumventing on my last tweet but I don’t have any other banned accounts. It just says on my current banned account that it was banned for severe/repeated violations. I only knew my ban was circumvention from Twitter
