@hollieteach Staff should not have phones out or even on their person. A robust code of conduct should state this. Using personal mobile phones really blurs boundaries and opens doors for potential abusers to develop inappropriate relationships with children. It is totally unacceptable.

Why do teachers record TikTok’s in the classroom?? Whilst they are teaching their pupils? I am baffled and do not agree with this at all…
