#futuretrends School management team should stop undermining the ideas and opinions of teachers.Just because a teacher did not make it to management seat does not make them less critical thinkers or decision makers. Collaborative working produces the best results. Or am I wrong?

@L4ur3tt3F I tell them that we are preparing them for jobs that do not even exist yet and therefore google can’t teach you everything, even though they still disagree as teenagers claim to know everything 😜

@Zinhlemdlalos Very true!The 4IR is not going to be easy in South Africa as many of our schools are facing budget restrictions as it is and simply cannot afford to send every child home with the equipment needed to support online learning!Basic Needs should be at the forefront before technology

@KaruNGovender Having learners all have access to internet and laptops is our issue. Some learners need to go with their parents to work as there is no one to look after them and they don’t have multiple laptops within a household.
