WIIFM. It's the question in everyone's head, all the time. The truly great leaders help us understand what's in it for us to follow them. They connect outcomes to our own greatness, fast. AND... it's easy. You can read more about this in Chapter2 of #TapIntoGreatness

It's difficult to hold someone accountable for something they didn't agree to. If there's no rule or agreement about it, it's slippery. GET TEAM AGREEMENTS in place, a fundamental for high performance team. Accountability gets simple: it's our agreement, not opinion. #TrueTeam
